Card processing. Starter, Creator and Plus include estimated standard card fees in the percentages above. If processing alone costs more than the plan percentage, the card cost applies, and InnerPortal’s part is at least 25¢ / €0.25 per sale; actual card charges can affect your final share. On Pro, InnerPortal keeps 2% of a standard sale and Stripe’s card fee comes on top.
Standard payments under $5 / €5. Only the card fee applies on every plan. Merch costs still apply to merch orders.
Merch. Production and shipping costs, your plan’s percentage and card processing are deducted from the sale. The studio shows an estimate before you publish.
Creators sell in their own currency (USD in the US, EUR in Europe). Monthly prices are shown in US dollars. Plans are billed in the creator’s currency.
